We went on a Royal Caribbean cruise to celebrate Annie's birthday. It was an amazing vacation, one of our top favorite vacations we've ever been on. The ship had so many great amenities and activities and our 3 port destinations were each fun and unique in their own way. Luckily, Adrian loves cruising as much as we do!

Ria's niece chose Mexico for her destination wedding and we were able to use miles so the whole family could attend. Beautiful weather and beautiful venue!
You know it's fall when we hit up the apple orchard pumpkin farm. We went to our favorite place Jonamac to pick some apples, score some yummy donuts and take advantage of all the photo ops.
We decided to take a quick trip up to Milwaukee for Labor Day and had a nice time exploring the downtown area, finding fun parks/playgrounds and eating all the yummy food around our hotel.
We had a blast at our annual Ludington, MI camping trip. This is our 5th year going to this campsite and each time we come, we fall in love with it all over again. There's something about camping out right next to the beach that really resets your mental state. Can't wait to come back next year!
Ria prefers going on trips for her birthday instead of having parties, so this year we went to Cincinnatti, OH and the surrounding areas. First we checked out the Ark Encounter, which was really cool and had one of the best playground areas outside. Then we visited the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens. The zoo was great and it was our first time to see Little Blue Penguins. Finally, we checked out downtown Cincy - enjoyed their parks along the Ohio River and walked the Purple People Bridge. On the way home, we stopped at a strawberry farm and picked the sweetest little strawberries!
The Transformers visited Chicago Navy Pier and we went to check them out. We also grabbed dinner and took a nice long walk down the pier.
We did a road trip down to Gatlinburg, TN with Annie's parents for Adrian's Spring Break. We checked out Anakeesta Park, Dollywood, did some hiking in the Smokey Mountains and visited the Titanic Museum. We had so much fun and can't wait to go back.
It finally snowed enough to go sledding! This winter weather has been odd for our area. It has barely snowed so we really haven't had the opportunity to play in it or do any winter activities. But it finally snowed enough to go sledding the other day and we definitely made the best of it!
